Get Set Dance

While the national and international editions of the dancing competition Just Dance have seen dancers from across the globe showcase their dancing skills the city is not lagging far behind. Pune’s Best Dancer Competition organised by Rocky Poonawalla hits the city on July 10 at Pune Central,Bund Garden Road. 30 participants will be battling it out at the ultimate dance showdown to bag attractive amounts of prize money. This sub-competition of the Pune International Dance Competition will feature solo,duet and group performances. “ Last year we made it to the top five so the organisers gave us a call and asked us to perform this year as well. Our strategy this year is to amaze the judges by taking B-boing and hip hop to a whole new level,” smiles Rohit Mulik,a participant from Figgmenterzz group.
