Robbers loot valubles from Akurdi house

Four unidentified persons looted cash and ornaments totalling Rs 1.37 lakh from an Akurdi house on Monday. Victim Ashish Sardeshmukh (28) of Shubhashree residency registered the complaint at Nigdi police station. Police said the four suspects broke into Sardeshmukh’s house after midnight. As they were about to decamp with cash and ornaments,the couple reached home. The four threatened them and fled. PSI with Nigdi police P T Chavan is investigating the case.
