Citizens VOICE

It seems the health department of the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has not been actively going about their job for the past several months.

Wake up,PCMC

It seems the health department of the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has not been actively going about their job for the past several months.

Many citizens have been affected by diseases like Dengue and Malaria. PCMC basically being an industrial cluster, several workers and their family members working in small firms were worst affected by these diseases. We have not seen any move from the PCMC to tackle the mosquito menace.

Anothermajor concern is stray dogs. Many parts of the city, like Akurdi,Dattawadi and Pradhikaran areas witness stray dogs moving around, striking fear in the minds of pedestrians and two wheeler drivers. Attached is a recent photo taken at Viveknagar,Akurdi. Similar scenes are observed at many other places,as mentioned above.

One hopes the PCMC authorities would look into the matter at the earliest.
