Tree plantation drive at Hanuman Tekdi
On the occasion of Van Mahotsav,Green Hills Group along with Darode-Jog Properties undertook a special tree plantation drive at Hanuman Tekdi. Pune Municipal Commissioner Mahesh Pathak was the chief guest. Darode-Jog Properties directors Sudhir Darode and Anand Jog,corporator Vikas Matkari and Ravi Purandare of Green Hills Group were present during the plantation drive. We are pleased to be associated with Green Hills Group in the drive that marks the start of Van Mahotsav. Beltron,Bilcare in e-governance pact
Beltron Telecom,promoted by the Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation,has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bilcare Technologies to address the need for security and secured e-governance for government and non-governmental projects undertaken by Beltron Telecom in Bihar,Jharkhand and the north eastern region. Ramesh Kumar,managing director,Beltron Telecom,said,”Bilcare’s ID technology has a potential business landscape of around Rs 10,000 crore.
Phoenix Market City in Viman Nagar
Phoenix Group has announced the opening of Phoenix Market City,a lifestyle and shopping destination,at Viman Nagar. The three-million sq ft centre has been set up with an investment of around Rs 700 crore. The mall comprises a courtyard,departmental store,bookstore,a toy store and so on. It also has community spaces with water bodies,public plazas,hospitality,retail,food & beverages and entertainment. The malls brand offering,upscale ambience and customer service will be similar to those in Phoenix Mills,Mumbai, said Phoenix Mills chief executive officer Shishir Shrivastava.
Persistent joins hands with LTC for molecular research
Helping people live better. For that,Persistent Systems has joined hands with Life Technologies Corporation (LTC) to develop software solutions for molecular diagnosis of diseases. Persistent Systems said it is partnering and co-investing with LTC,a global biotechnology tools company,in molecular research and diagnostics space-related services. Persistent,along with the Fragment and Sequence genomics (FSG) division of Life Technologies,will invest to build sequencing and fragment analysis software platform for capillary electrophoresis instrumentation.
Zensar on retail high
Zensar Technologies has reported a significant improvement in retail business with growth in oracle applications and offshore support business. The company has expanded its presence in the US and has been selected by a global online retailer of travel-related products for the deployment of the oracle e-business suite,said chief executive officer Ganesh Natarajan. We expect retail,insurance and life sciences to be major drivers for our growth this year.
