While management books throng the bookshelves of stores across the city,Manik Malik’s recently released Scribble and Quibble in Management, takes a quirky look at its intricacies. An industrial sociologist and researcher Malik has travelled across the length and breadth of the industrial and corporate world to interact with people for the book. The book is a collection of such real life experiences and incidents, which she experienced during her research. Malik, who wanted to use a tongue-in-cheek style of writing while penning her experiences down, says that it will evoke a sense of deja vu amongst the readers.
