Heavy vehicles like trucks and slow-moving vehicles like cement mixers will be banned on Pune-Ahmednagar Highway and its connecting roads into Pune between 7 am to 10 am and 5 pm to 9 pm.

On Lohegaon Road, the stretch from Lohegaon to Petrolsatha Chowk to Vishrantwadi will be closed for heavy and slow-moving vehicles between 8 am to 11 pm.
Change of route for MSRTC buses
In a separate order issued on Monday, the Pune City traffic police announced a change of route for Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) buses from 8 am to 11 pm. The order comes in the backdrop of the ongoing construction work on the double-storey flyover, including a Metro line at the Pune University Junction, which has resulted in the shrinking of the carriage width.
During this time window, MSRTC buses from Pune Station to Mumbai and Thane and back will be diverted via the route Range Hills Corner, Ambedkar Chowk, Khadki and Bremen Chowk in Aundh.
