AICTE plea rejected

The Supreme Court has dismissed a review petition filed by AICTE over management courses not needing the council’s permission. “We have considered the averments in the review petitions. In our opinion,no case for review is made out. There is no error in the impugned order. Hence,the petitions are dismissed,” said the Bench comprising Justices B S Chauhan and V Gopala Gowda.
