55-yr-old kills wife

A 55-year-old man murdered his wife at their Shani Nagar residence in Ambegaon Khurd on early Thursday morning.

According to the police,Haridas Kondiba Sathe doubted his wife Sakhrabai Sathes (50) character and the couple often fought over this.

On Thursday at 2.30 am Haridas allegedly assaulted his wife with a sharp knife while she was sleeping beside him at their residence. The police said that their daughter-in-law Sangita Sathe woke up as Haridas made several assaults on his wife.

She had filed a complaint with the Haveli police,following which,The police have arrested Haridas.
