A 25-km stretch of Samruddhi Mahamarg between Bharvir and Igatpuri town will be opened most likely on March 4, said an official of the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC).

The 25-km stretch of the expressway is a combination of a flyover, bridges, VOB, a twin tunnel of 300 metres each and a crossing of old Mumbai-Nashik Highway, making it one of the most complex parts of the expressway, as per the MSRDC.
