‘Over half affiliated colleges don’t have full-time principals’

Following a question asked by senate member Dilip Karande,the Mumbai University on Wednesday said more than half the its affiliated colleges either have principals or in charge principals who on temporary basis or on probation. Of the total 655 affiliated colleges,359 do not have full-time principals and are operating with in charge principals,said varsity officials.
