A committee of experts has been set up by the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) to study and give suggestions to the government on various problems associated with growing cities.
The state Congress should have a role to play in the government. As a reason we have set up a committee of experts,which would study about the problems that would arise in future and give suggestions to the government, MPCC president Manikrao Thakre told reporters.
The committee would conduct studies on various issues,such as security,pollution,transport to name a few,he said.
