Jimmy Choo visits India

Legendary shoe designer Jimmy Choo OBE (in the picture),will soon visit Mumbai. The veteran Malaysian designer,who lives in London,will attend a fashion show at the Atria Mall in Worli,Mumbai,on Sunday. Organised by the international fashion house Stylo,the show will have DJ Aqeel at the console and will be attended by the winners and finalists of the Ford Supermodels of the World,Malaysia 2011. A London-based Asian fashion entertainment fringe partner of world class sporting events,Stylo was first launched in Kuala Lumpur to celebrate the 10th Malaysian Petronas Formula 1 GP in 2007 by Her Majesty the Queen of Malaysia,designer Jimmy Choo and Mercedes-Benz. Since then,it has put together several fashion events around Formula 1. With India hosting its first Grand Prix,it is not surprising to see Stylo host this show,aptly called the Mercedes-Benz STYLO Fashion Grand Prix. A source confirmed Choo’s impending visit but added that details were still being chalked out.
