And for the second time in the day,Kotiyan would make the most of the slip-up and make his rival pay dearly by clinching a double crown with a 7-11,2-11,8-11,4-11,11-6,11-5,11-8 win. Senhora D’Souza in contrast had no such hurdles to overcome. Having already outplayed Dytui Patki 11-8,11-4,11-3,11-8 in the junior girls’ final,the lass was bubbling with confidence as she faced up against her nemesis,Shweta Parte in the summit clash of the youth girls’ singles. And D’Souza was at her impregnable best as she romped to a 13-11,11-4,11-9,11-9 victory to end up with the crown. Parte,however,can get her own back when the two arch rivals meet again in the women’s singles clash.
