‘Threat to Taloja Jail’

The Bombay High Court on Monday took suo motu notice of 2008 Malegaon blast accused Ramesh Upadhyay’s concerns on living conditions in and around the Taloja Jail near Alibaugh. A Division Bench of Justices A M Khanwilkar and P D Kode was responding to his letter in which he said high-rises around the jail pose a security threat to the inmates.
