The husband of yesteryear actress,Anita Raj,was arrested and released on bail in Khar in an alleged molestation case.

Police said Sunil Hingorani (52),is accused of sending obscene SMS and emails to a member of the society they reside at Pali Hill in Bandra (west). We had produced him in Bandra court. As it is a bailable offence,he was released on bail the same day, Pote said.

62.5gm of gold stolen from house

Unidentified thieves made away with 62.5 gm of gold and Rs 10,000 in cash from a residence in Santosh Nagar,Goregaon (East). The Dindoshi police said the incident occurred when the residents were away. The latch and bolt were found tampered. The gold,worth Rs 1,56,250 belonged to complainant Dilsha Shaikh who had kept the valuables in her brothers house. The latch and bolt were bent and the door broken.They took away all the jewelery and nothing else has been touched, said police
