Once they get used to it,Flames Grills and Barbeque at Hilton Mumbai International Airport can offer the perfect setting for a poolside barbeque. The new restaurant offers a diverse menu with dishes such as Cognac-scented Lobster Bisque,Chicken Tea with Garden Herbs and Cappuccino of Zuccini and Fresh Asparagus. They will also serve grilled favourites such as Tandoori Bharwan Paneer Chutneywala,Madagascar Pan Fried Prawns and New Zealand Lamb Chops.
Weve handpicked the dishes to emphasise on a fusion of both Indian and international flavours, says Merajuedin Anzari,executive sous chef at Hilton Mumbai International Airport,Weve also taken a lot of international produce,like the Norwegian salmon,and given it an Indian twist by creating a Salmon Ajwani Tikka. Indian produce has also been given an international makeover through our marinades.
With an array of live food counters,Flames Grills and Barbeque is set outdoors by the pool with open air and canopied seating. For entertainment,the restaurant has decided to do away with live musicians and DJs in favour of tricks and twists by Indian acrobats. EFS
