Sunil Katyal (professor and head of anaesthesia) and Ashish Ahuja (laproscopic bariatric surgeon and assistant professor of surgery) were recently invited by the Khanna & Mandi Gobindgarh Indian Medical Association Chapter for a talk on pain management in post-operative obese patients.

Ahuja spoke on management of excessive obesity by bariatric surgery,while Katyal said risks of undergoing bariatric surgery were far less than risks of living with obesity.
