Contradictory statements

Though UCPMA President Gurmeet Singh Kular stated that the arrested members were not at fault and that wrong news had been circulated earlier,former UCPMA President Charanjit Singh Vishvkarma stated that the Association needs to be more strict from next time in choosing candidates for such foreign tours. The two statements have raised question marks.
