2 arrested for theft

Police have recovered a two-wheeler,over 3 tolas of gold ornaments,14 tola silver and Rs 40,000 from their possession.

According to the police,Sibu used to visit houses where kids were alone. He would tell them that their parents had met with an accident,and would ask them to accompany him on his two-wheeler to the accident spot. But he would drop the children somewhere else,and would return to commit theft along with Rajan in their houses.

Police said both the accused were involved in several cases of thefts.
