Two killed in road accident

Two persons were killed and as many injured when a jeep rammed into a stationary truck on Faizabad-Lucknow national highway near Barabanki on Friday. Abdul Gaffar (45) and Yaseen (50) were killed on the spot while two others in the jeep were seriously injured when the jeep lost control and rammed into the stationary truck standing alongside the road near Safedabad area here,said police. The injured have been rushed to the hospital,where their condition is stated to be serious.
