Mother,son quarrel over food,commit suicide

According to SP (City),Anant Dev,Satishwari Devi (40) and Mohit (20) committed suicide after reportedly fighting over stale food.

“Ramesh Singh,Mohit’s father,received a call around 1 pm about the quarrel at home. Mohit complained to his father that his mother had served him stale food. The father told him to cook his own food,” said Dev.

Singh works in a transport company in Delhi. Mohit was studying to be an air steward in Delhi.

The body was found by Mohit’s younger brother Ankit when he returned home from school.

“Neighbours said the mother and son fought often. We’re yet to interrogate Ankit as he is in a state of shock. Only after questioning him,will we be able to learn about the cause of the deaths,” said R K Gautam,the circle officer.
