Matrimony mantra

“It is a matrimonial show where the channel in collaboration with the matrimonial site shaadi.com will try to help people find their soul mates,” says Anuradha Prasad,chairperson and MD,BAG Films.

Claiming the concept to be novel and being initiated as part of its social corporate responsibility,Star TV has roped in Mohnish Behl and Addite Shirwaker to host the show.

“Mohnish and Addite will quiz the participants in an interactive format and try to present their profile,” informs Anuradha who was in Lucknow along with show anchors to launch the show.

“While Mohnish was chosen because of his on screen image and intellect,Addite’s charm had helped her grab the role,” adds Anuradha.

Mohnish who has been doing TV shows and films for over 28 years now says he is excited to host such a show. “It’s a responsibility loaded character,” says Mohnish who attempts to try and get each and every information one would like to get from the wannabe bride or groom.

To be telecast from Monday to Friday at 2 pm,the show will have 3 participants on every show. “Efforts are being done to ensure that participants from different parts and sections,” says Mohnish.
