LMC tears off political banners

Following the directives of District Magistrate Chandra Bhanu,the Lucknow Municipal Corporation launched a drive late on Friday night to remove political hoardings,banners and flags from government buildings.

“Yesterday,I noticed several hoardings of parties on government buildings like Board of Revenue,where no banner should be put up,” said Chandra Bhanu.

Subsequently,the LMC removed hoardings from the premises of Collectorate,High Court,Shastri Bhawan and Medical College.
