Fresh production warrants were issued by a Delhi court against former SP legislator Uday Bhan Singh and his associate,who were among the 9 persons accused in the killing of a witness in a triple murder case near Varanasi five years ago. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kaveri Baweja sought the presence of former legislator and accused Sandeep Kumar in a UP jail on March 3. The court was informed that the MLA,who was to be produced before it,could not be brought as he was indisposed and admitted to a hospital in Uttar Pradesh. Other accused Rajnath Mishra,Ashish Mishra,Mabud Khan,Basir Khan and Vishal were produced before the court.
