Lucknow police on Thursday arrested five students,including four school boys,in connection with fourteen robbery cases.

Lucknow police on Thursday arrested five students,including four school boys,in connection with fourteen robbery cases lodged at various police stations of the city. While police claimed that the students had been operating as a gang,parents of the students alleged that the police had falsely implicated the children.

Umesh Kumar Singh,Additional SP (Crime),said the arrested boys,who all are from well-to-do families,snatched purses and valuables from people in the city. They used two motorcycles for their crimes.
