Failing to clear class 10th exams,2 commit suicide

Apparently dejected over their failure to clear Class 10th exams,two students,including a girl,committed suicide in the district,police said.

Shalu,daughter of Sewaram Verma,committed suicide by hanging herself with the ceiling at her residence in Chakeri area,they said.

Shalu was upset as she was unable to clear the Board exams,results for which were declared on Saturday.

In a similar incident,Vedprakash,who also failed clear the exam,was found hanging from a tree in Jaisingh Pur village of the district. This was his second attempt.

Both the bodies had been sent for postmortem.
