Eight Pak nationals detained

Suspected terrorists detained by security forces here as they allegedly tried to cross Indo-Nepal border.

Eight Pakistani nationals,some of whom are suspected to be involved in terror activities,were detained by security forces here as they allegedly tried to cross Indo-Nepal border,official sources said on Sunday.

“They reached Kathmandu from Pakistan and from there crossed over into India at Sonauli,” Commandant of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) B K Bankhoti said.

The group,which includes two women and four children,was detained Saturday for not having valid documents and has been sent to the J&K Police Cell in Delhi,he said. The SSB will accompany the group to Delhi.
