Deepika Calling Ramakant

The event organized as part of the PepsiCo promotion spree saw the sultry actress talking about her busy schedule. “I am too busy these days,” she says ducking questions on whom she is dating in real life.

On a lighter note,she reveals I have asked Pepsi,the brand I endorse to find me a date. “They have obliged me today and I had fun with Ramakant,” she said describing the 22-year-old Journalism and Mass Communication student of Lucknow University as one who is aware about everything. “We discussed sports,politics,films and he had information on everything,” she said dubbing him as a true representative of Youngistan.

Ramakant didn’t disappoint either. “Though I was chanting “All Izz Well” before I met her,when she came face to face,I turned into myself,” he says revealing his mother’s mantra: “Kha thode hi jayegi (she won’t eat you)”. And the boy was quick to reply about the reason for not ‘dating’ Deepika on train. “How could you all have met her then,” he said to those present.

Hoping that her upcoming movie Karthik Calling Karthik does well,Deepika says hasn’t given a thought if she could win any award this year. “I have been nominated for Love Aaj Kal and there have been some real good performances this year,” she says appearing contend with nominations. “I am looking forward to the release of Karthik Calling Karthik,which is a romantic thriller,” she says restricting herself in detailing about the project as “I am here for a different cause.”
