BJP Yuva Sansads to woo youth

Bharatiya Janata Party’s Yuva Morcha has planned to organise Yuva Sansads (mock youth Parliament) in all five states going for Assembly polls next year.

The Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Yuva Morcha has planned to organise Yuva Sansads (mock youth Parliament) in all five states going for Assembly polls next year.

As the elections in these states draw near,party leaders will try to attract young voters and associate them with the party through Yuva Sansads.

Starting in UP,the Yuva Sansads were organised in Lucknow and Kanpur today. It will be organised in Basti on Monday.

During the first phase,these programme have been planned at all divisional headquarters. Later they will be held in all 80 parliamentary constituencies across the state.

“Yuva Sansads will be organised in all the poll-bound states. While it started in UP today,in other states it will be held after completion of the Jan Chetna Yatra led by L K Advaniji,” said Vani Tripathi,BJP national secretary and co-in-charge of the party yuva morcha. Vani was in Lucknow to chair the first Yuva Sansad here.

Punjab,Goa,Uttarakhand,Manipur and UP are the five states going for Assembly elections in the first half of next year.

The BJP has directed its youth wing to identify youths not associated with any political party or those interested in political activities. Yuva Morcha has been directed to ensure presence of such youths in these events.
