A non-bailable arrest warrant was on Thursday issued against 22 policemen for allegedly killing 13 persons in a fake encounter in Pratapgarh district in 1991. Chief Judicial Magistrate,Pratapgarh,issued the warrant against the 22 policemen for allegedly killing 13 persons in a fake encounter case of February 20,1991, Special DG,Law and Order,Brijlal said. The CB-CID submitted the chargesheet.
