Ganguly hauled up

Bengal’s resounding win over Saurashtra in the national one-dayers at Vadodara was soured a bit when Sourav Ganguly was hauled up by the match referee. Amar Petiwale had a word with Ganguly after the match as the former Indian captain had an exchange of words with the umpires over an appeal against Cheteshwar Pujara that was turned down. Shreevats Goswami struck an unbeaten 149 and Ganguly scored 87 not out as Bengal chased down Saurashtra’s 255 with nine wickets in hand and 9.1 overs to spare. Pujara scored 110 for the home team but the knock went in vain.
