KPS Vishnoi had shifted to Uttam Nagar in 1973 and is upset with the lack of basic amenities in his locality. A staunch BJP supporter,Vishnoi travels all the way from his home to Vikaspuri to attend Jagdish Mukhi’s rallies.

ISSUES: Bijli,sadak,paani are not available. “Scarcity of water is the biggest issue. We have to make our own arrangements to get water.”
