Looks like Mallika Sherawats permanently walked out of Bollywood to greener pastures in Los Angeles. Shes finished shooting for the film Hissss,which is about a snake woman,a la the filmy naagin,who has been captured by a hunter. Now the lady has managed to sign on another film called Love,Barack. Here,she plays a devoted Obama volunteer and will star opposite Laz Alonso,who was last seen in Avatar. With all these projects in Hollywood,looks like the lady might never come back. But,who said that was a bad thing?

Sammir Dattani,who will soon be seen in Shyam Benegals next,Well Done Abba,is extremely excited about his next big release. But,what hes gushing about right now is the fact that he taught everyone on the sets to fly a kite.

Apparently the scene that was being shot at Ramaji Rao studio in Hyderabad needed some kite-flying but no one knew how to control the flying kite. The actor,who has spent umpteen Makar Sankrantis on his terrace flying kites with his family,came to the rescue. I didnt know that one day this family tradition would be useful for my acting career, laughs the actor.

Jacqueline Fernandez has been spending a lot of time in the Maldives recently. The pretty actress,who recently played Jasmine in Aladin has been busy doing a photo shoot on the island and doesnt want to leave the beaches. If you dont hear from me again,Ive moved to Maldives and become a diving instructor, she says happily. After her first film bombed at the box office,it might actually be a good move to take her career underwater.
