Two arrested for raping 17-year-old

The girl said the accused offered her a spiked drink and took her to a flat in Gurgaon, where they took turns to rape her.

Two persons have been arrested for allegedly raping a 17-year-old girl in Bindapur. Police said one of the accused was known to the victim. DCP (southwest) Surender Kumar confirmed the arrests.

In her complaint, the girl said, the accused offered her a spiked drink and took her to a flat in Gurgaon, where they took turns to rape her.
