The company launched Kimaya Wines with well-attended socialite evenings in Mumbai and Delhi. Collaborating with Australian winemaker Ben Riggs and Jatin Virmani,COO Global Wines and Spirits,Kimaya seems ready to capitalise on a trend that is as fashionable as fashion. “Discover finesse fashionably,” says the press release,leaving little to imagination. This finesse is unofficially called social(ite) drinking. “Many fashion houses abroad have been involved with this business,but in India we are the first,” says Pradeep Hirani,CMD Kimaya Fashions Pvt Ltd,who will soon launch Kimaya Kafe and Spa.
