Man resists robbery,killed

Two unidentified motorcycle-borne assailants stabbed a 22-year-old man in Mansarovar Park,Northeast Delhi,on Monday after he resisted their attempt to rob him.

Two unidentified motorcycle-borne assailants stabbed a 22-year-old man in Mansarovar Park,Northeast Delhi,on Monday after he resisted their attempt to rob him. Police said the deceased,Sanjay,worked as a driver with an industrialist in Dilshad Garden.

According to the police,around 2.30 pm,Gupta asked Sanjay to bring the bag containing Rs 10 lakh to his office from the car. While Sanjay was heading towards factory,two men came on a bike and tried to snatch the bag from him. When he resisted,one of the assailants stabbed him, said an officer. He was rushed to Guru Tegh Bahadur hospital where he died. A case of murder and robbery has been registered at Mansarovar Park police station.
