A man tried to trick the Noida police into searching for his car,which had been confiscated by their Haryana counterparts after an accident,but ended up in jail instead.
Sources said police tried stopping Ajay Maheshwari (32) at a checkpoint in Faridabad on May 30,but he sped away and crashed into a lamp post. The car was confiscated.
