ITC thump UCOL to enter quarters

Delhi’s U-19 new ball bowler Rishit Saini struck crucial blows at the start of the United Chamber of Law (UCOL) run chase to give the ITC Ltd a win in the pre-quarterfinals of the Om Nath Sood memorial cricket tournament. Chasing 287,UCOL innings folded at 220,at the DDA Sports Complex,Pritampura on Wednesday.

With wickets falling at regular intervals,UCOL were never in the hunt,and only some resistance by Gaurav Bhatia (56) and Amanjeet Singh (33) saw them cross the 200-run mark.

Earlier,Vipin Chauhan struck 101 of 73 balls as ITC piled up a huge total of 286.
