Arjun Rai Gupta (Delhi Public School,Mathura Road):While there has been a tremendous boost to transport systems in the city,the general public does not know how to use these system. What is the government’s view on that?

Sheila Dikshit:This is a city which is on the move. We need to follow a certain discipline on the roads. Everyone has the right of way. We should respect the pedestrian’s right as much as you do that of the cyclist,the Metro traveller,etc. This culture is what is needed to be developed in the city.
