The city is remembering the moonwalker in its own way. Cafe Morrison held a tribute to Michael Jackson by lighting candles and playing popular tracks. Turquoise Cottage,at Vasant Vihar and Gurgaon,is hosting Michael Jackson: The Legend,a tribute to the king of pop from 9 pm to 11 pm on Saturday. The place will be awash with his music and videos will be screened,and happy hours will last as long as Jackos music does. Smoke House Grill at Greater Kailash II,which played MJ songs at its regular Retro Night on Friday,will continue with the Jackson playlist on Saturday as well. He was an icon and his music is always playing at clubs. This is our tribute, says Shiv Karan Singh,owner of the club. Others are in the midst of plans. Hard Rock Café is planning a one-night affair across the country by getting musicians to perform MJ songs live. We want to go all out and pay a huge tribute to the legend, says Amit Keswani of Hard Rock Cafe.
