Spice at the Garden of Five Senses,Lado Sarai,is decking up its interiors and preparing for an alfresco dining set-up in the greens. For Rs 1,800,one can enjoy buffet style multi-cuisine dinner with dessert,unlimited appetisers,alcohol,cocktails and mocktails.

For the Christmas staple,including roast turkey,head to Hard Rock Cafe at DLF Place,Saket. Over some good music,you can enjoy a three-course meal comprising grilled turkey,roasted pumpkins,classic ratatouille and old-fashioned Christmas rice pudding. While the vegetarians pay Rs 850,the non-vegetarian meal costs Rs 1,050.

If you want a DJ to play music for you on Christmas eve,then QBA in Connaught Place is an option worth weighing. Priced at Rs 1,800,the buffet style multi-cuisine dinner in this restaurant includes appetisers,desserts and alcohol.

It is also possible to dig into a sumptuous Christmas meal overlooking the Qutub Minar. Located near the historical monument,Green House on the Ridge at One Style Mile in Mehrauli has a Christmas menu crafted by chefs Alice Helme and Flora Hilleary. For an average of Rs 3,000,a couple can choose from a range of a la carte options,including Bruleed Chicken Liver Parfait with Green Apple Onion Relish,Date and Walnut Brioche and Roasted Portobello Mushroom Stuffed with Tomato and Gruyere.

If you like sitting under the sun,overlooking the verdant gardens,then 1911 Brasserie at the The Imperial in Janpath might be the most appropriate place for a Christmas brunch. The chef here promises a spread that gives a taste of cuisines from across the globe. Enjoy the meal with wine,for Rs 3,500 per person.

For Christmas specials,head to Underdoggs Sports Bar and Grill at Ambience Mall,Vasant Kunj. For Rs 2,000,one can indulge in roast turkey,meat loaves,plum cakes and strawberries dipped in chocolate. Unlimited mulled wine,sangria and Christmas punch is also part of the brunch.

In West Delhi,Hinglish — the Colonial Cafe in Pacific mall,Subhash Nagar,is offering a wholesome spread for Rs 1,200,which includes unlimited mulled wine and house spirits. Christmas roast,ham steaks,yule logs and Christmas puddings are in place and lighter accompaniments include breads,salads and soups.

If you would rather have Pan-Asian and Mediterranean food options along with the Christmas delicacies,try Ummami in Sector-43,Gurgaon. For Rs 1,200 choose between Pan-Asian and Mediterranean dishes and turkey,plum pudding,stollen,mulled wine and eggnog among others.

Shiro’s at Hotel Samrat,Chanakyapuri,has a Christmas meal that is primarily Asian. So the Christmas fig pudding is accompanied with chocolate sushi. The meal includes Chi Chow dumpling,Crispy Tofu Wonton,Chicken Gyoza and Fish in Chilli Mustard Sauce and Chicken in Hot Pot with Shitake Mushrooms. The price,Rs 1,750,includes unlimited alcohol and special Grey Goose martinis.
