Fog claims two lives in Gurgaon

Low visibility due to dense fog cover led to a collision between a milk van and a maxi cab in Pataudi,resulting in the death of two persons early on Tuesday morning.

The cab had around 10 persons onboard,and was travelling from Pataudi village to Haily Mandi area around 6.30 am.

Police said the driver of the milk van did not see the maxi cab,which was coming from the opposite direction,and hit it on the side. The cab driver lost control and the vehicle fell into a ditch. Menakshi (22) and Ishwar (45) died on the spot.
