Double crown for Bansal

Arpit Bansal of DDPS defeated his schoolmate Rahul Chaudhary to win the youth boys’ title,while Ritika Prasad of DPS beat Rupal Jain to win the youth girls’ title of the Dr Rajendra Narain Srivastava Memorial inter-school table tennis championship being at the Noida Sports Complex on Sunday. It was his second title win at the championship after he had beaten Honey of DDPS,Sanjay Nagar in the boys singles final.

The tournament concluded on Monday at the Noida Sports Complex with DDPS Govindpuri lifting the boys’ team championship while JKG International,Indirapuram won the girls team championship. DDPS Govindpuri also won the sub-juniors’ and cadet boys’ team championships,while DDPS Sanjay Nagar won the sub-junior girls’ team title.
