Well-known cardiologist and Padma Shri HS Rissams first book,a medical thriller titled The Scalpel: Game Beneath,was launched yesterday at the India Habitat Centre by Farooq Abdullah,Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy. I have not read the book,but I know Rissam personally. I know he is a good doctor and commend the way he has explored the issue of medical mafia, said Abdullah.
