Talwars submit passports in Ghaziabad district court
New Delhi: Rajesh and Nupur Talwars lawyers on Monday submitted the couples passports to the remand magistrate at the Ghaziabad district court. Talwars lawyer Satish Tamta submitted the passports in the court. The passports were submitted in the remand magistrates court and not in the special CBI court as it was a holiday at the district court, Tamta added. Further hearing in the Arushi Talwar-Hemraj double murder case is scheduled for Tuesday. Last week,the apex court had stayed criminal proceedings against the dentist couple for the double murder case.
