Family members said Yogesh Kumar,student of a private school in Faridabad,had a fight with one Vicky of the village on Sunday. Kanwar Pal,his father,said: “Vicky beat up my son along with his family members after a minor tiff and handed him over to the Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of the police,who also beat him up. When his mother came to know of the incident,she went to get her son released on bail. But he was released only when she went back to the CIA officials with more villagers.” Pal added that as soon as Yogesh was brought home,he started vomiting. “We rushed him to the Sarvodya Hospital in Sector 7 but he was declared dead,” the father said.

Meanwhile,the investigating officer at Sadar,Ballabhgarh maintained that Yogesh had misbehaved with Vicky’s aunt which led to a fight. “Ashamed of his act,he might have consumed some poisonous substance,” said the police officer. The police have registered a case against Vicky and his aunt but have made no arrests so far. The teenager’s viscera have been sent to the forensic lab at Madhuban for determining the cause of death.
