A good bowling spell by Man of the Match Yogesh Sachdeva and contributions from Rajinder Bisht and Chander Pal Saini helped FCI restrict South Delhi to 159 runs. Amit Verma and Rohit Saini then contributed with the bat to beat South Delhi by five wickets in the DDCA Hot weather cricket tournament.

Easy win for FCI

Amit Verma (60) and Rohit Saini then contributed with the bat to beat South Delhi by five wickets in the DDCA Hot weather cricket tournament.

In another match,fine batting by Sandeep Sharma (60) and Tanmay Srivastav (56n.o) helped ONGC beat Rani Bagh by 8 wickets. In the match played at Guru Govind Singh College ground,Sourav Kumar (3/21),Mayank Tehlan (2/13) helped ONGC restrict Rani Bagh to 149.

Amardeep Sonkar came through with a fine all round display (20 n.o and 4/13) while Kamal Bhardwaj 2/7,Karan Negi (20 n.o) made useful contributions to help Vidya Jain Academy,Rohini beat D Force Academy by 8 wickets to enter in the semifinal of the 3rd Baba Haridas prize money cricket tournament at Baba Haridas Sports Complex.

Paramount on top

A fine all round display from Gupil Rai (52 run and 2/18) along with Mayank Matpal’s unbeaten 29 helped Paramount Academy beat Ravindra Academy by 8 wickets to get four points in the 1st RP Dhoundiyal T20 day night cricket tournament at Bal Bhawan School,Dwarka.

Modern Academy triumph

Hardik came through with a match winning all round display (22 and 3/6) and his effort along with Nitish Muglani (2/14) helped Royal beat Wonder by 47 runs in the JPL U-14 cricket tournament at Vikaspuri ground.

Manvesh snares four

Manvesh Yadav took a four wicket haul (4/15),as Gush Club beat Ryder Academy by 22 runs in the Gush Florence U-11 cricket tournament at Venkteshwara School,Dwarka. Sukaran Pahuja (3/17) and Tushar Sarna (37) were the other contributors in the win.
