Arushi hearing in CBI court on July 20

Ghaziabad: Taking into consideration Supreme Court’s stay on the bailable warrants issued by the Ghaziabad trial court against Rajesh and Nupur Talwar,the special court of Central Bureau of Investigation has scheduled the next date of hearing as July 20. The trial court had issued the warrants after the Talwars,parents of murdered teenager Arushi,failed to appear in the court. The special judicial magistrate,CBI court,Preeti Singh postponed the hearing. “As the matter is being heard by the Supreme Court,the proceedings in the court on Arushi murder case would take place on July 20,” read the order.
