Contributions from Pratham Pawar (3/16),Rohan Gupta (3/15) and Lawrence Sangma (3/20) with the ball and Adarsh (35) and Ismeet Singh with the bat (32) helped Air India Academy get the better of Marigold Academy by 34 runs and enter the semifinal of the 3rd Marigold Cup U-12 cricket tournament. Despite scoring a paltry 134 runs in their allotted 25 overs,Air India restricted Marigold Academy. Marigold were unable to bat out their overs folding for just 100 with two overs to spare.

RSB Chennai beat Gujrat by 2-1 to enter the final of the team event in the All India Civil Services Lawn Tennis Tournament at the R.K. Khanna Stadium. In the other semi final,RSB Jaipur got the better of Delhi 2-0.
