The top two teams of each centre will qualify for the final round to be played later on at Bangalore. Besides the six qualified teams of preliminary round,two of last year’s relegated teams of Premier I Division league,Mohammedan Sporting Club,Kolkata and Vasco Club,Goa will meet each other in final round of 2nd Division league. The top two teams of the final round will be promoted to the premier I-League for the next season in 2010-11.
